The Pre-Ironing cycle makes it easy to remove creases from dried clothing... and that’s before ironing! Thanks to the specific cycle algorithm, the air is warmed in order to loosen the fibres and reduce the creases while providing optimal fabric protection, in just few minutes!
The Refresh option is a 20 minute cool programme that works on dry clothes to air and refresh them – an alternative to washing items you’ve only worn once or that have been unpacked from storage.
The Cuddly Toys Cycle is a delicate drying cycle conceived to dry cuddly toys easier. Low temperatures and a soft mechanical action help to maintain the original look and shine of fur and cuddly toys fabrics.

- Free next working day delivery is available on most products if ordered before 4pm,dependant on your postcode.
- We aim to deliver all items within 3 working days of your order.
- Deliveries are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent an email and a text message to inform you of your delivery day with an approx 2 hour timeslot.

One Man Standard Delivery Service
Most smaller appliances can be delivered using our one man delivery service. This service covers most appliances up to 60cm in width such as under counter fridges or freezers, tumble dryers, washing machines, and cooker hoods.
Two Man Premium Delivery Service
For larger appliances that measure 60cm wide or larger we recommend our two man delivery service. This service typically applies to larger appliances such as Range Cookers, American Fridge Freezers, and Chest Freezers.

Returns and Order Cancellations
We operate a fair and transparent returns policy. If you need to return an appliance within 14 days of receiving your goods please speak to our customer service team on 01524 400 703. Full details of our returns and order cancellation policy can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.
We offer an installation service across all our delivery services, and this option is available across a wide range of freestanding appliances: washing machines, washer dryers, refrigeration, selected tumble dryers, and dishwashers. If you want ot take us up on this offer, you can easily select the Connect option when adding your chosen appliance to your basket.
To make things easy, we’ve broken down our installation service so you can double check if it's suitable for you..
What We Can Do:
Remove you're old like-for-like appliance, providing it is disconnected and outside of your property prior to our arrival
Connect your new appliance to existing suitable services i.e. electric, water
Fit & level the appliance in the space provided (if possible)
What We Can't Do:
Fit any gas appliances
Make any alterations to existing services i.e, plumbing/gas alteration work and electrical alteration work
We do not extend pipework, gas lines or electrical cable
Hardwire freestanding washing machines or dishwashers
Cut holes into side cabinets to feed through services required
Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk
Plumb two waste pipes into one waste connection
Fix or connect to existing services of poor quality on our arrival
Connect the appliance if your electrical supply does not meet safety guidelines or if your existing services compromise our fitters' safety
Fit your appliance if it is more than 1.0 metre away from all gas, electrical and water services required
Remove appliances and furniture to enable access to the space you require your appliance to be situated
All obstructions must be removed before our arrival to your property
Thing's You'll Need To Check Before Our Arrival:
There's easy/safe access into your property
Your appliance will fit into the existing space
Existing pipework/power supply is accessible and in good serviceable condition
Your electrical connections are within 1 metre of where the appliance is going
Your electrical connections are suitable for your new appliance
Your stop valves are working correctly (for wet appliances)
If a connection cannot be carried out because you did not inform us of any reason why it may not be successful or due to unforseen circumstances at your property, we reserve the right to make a failed connection charge.
Our delivery driver/fitter reserves the right to refuse to install your new appliance if in any way their safety is compromised or the condition of your existing connections, pipework and electrics are not in a suitable and safe condition to connect.
If you refuse the item you have ordered due to our driver/fitter not being able to fit your item due to circumstances out of our control we will charge you a re-delivery/failed delivery charge. This will be deducted from any refunds due.

Recycling services are available with our One Man and Two Man delivery services and can be selected at checkout.
Recycling Old Appliance
For a small charge we can remove and recycle your old appliance to WEEE standards. Please ensure your old appliance is outside your property ready for collection.
We offer an environmentally friendly packaging recycling service to remove all the packaging at the point of delivery.
