How to click and collect

Click and collect is easy. Simply choose the item you'd like to purchase and add it to the basket. At the checkout, complete your name and address details and select 'Click & Collect' at the delivery section. Make your payment. Please make sure your identification documents match the address registered against the card you're using for payment.

When to collect

We're open seven days a week, so you can collect your appliance when it's most convenient to you. In most cases, your order will be ready for collection within an hour. Our sales team will call you to let you know when your appliance is ready to collect.

Collection Times

Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday – 9am to 5pm
Sunday – 11am to 4pm

Open on Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day)

Do I need identification?

You will need at least two forms of identification when collecting your new appliance.

Please bring your photo driving licence. The address must match the same address on the credit card or debit card used for your transaction. You are also required to bring a utility bill or additional form of identification to match the card details used for the transaction. This can be a council tax bill, a utility bill, a credit card or bank statement. This must show the same name and address that match your payment method.
