It's annoying but true that very occassionally an appliance unknowingly arrives to us damaged or faulty. If you do have a damaged item, please fill in the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you think the appliance has a fault, please click here for further information.

Report Damage

Please use the form below to let us know about any damage found after we have delivered your item. Please report any damage as soon as you find it and do not install the item - we may not be able to help you if you do. To enable us to help you as quickly as possible, please include as much information as you can, including the serial number. Every appliance has it's own unique serial number which is usually found on a sticker inside the item. If you're struggling to find it, we recommend reading this handy guide.

Report a Fault

If your appliance has a fault, you will need to need to contact the manufacturer directly for a diagnosis or to arrange for an engineer visit at home. You can find the most up to date manufacturer contact details below. We sell the appliance to you on behalf of the manufacturer so we need them to help you first before we're allowed to do our bit. If you have already contacted them and have the required returns authorisation, please use the faulty returns form below using the return code the manufacturer had provided. We are unable to accept a return of a faulty item without the proper authorsation from the manufacturer.
