Pallet Delivery Service
We offer a pallet delivery service for customers located outside our usual postcode delivery areas on products that are in stock and over £299 only, and all orders need to be placed with our sales team on 01524 400703. We use our trusted pallet delivery partners SCS Logistics, who we have worked with for many years to ensure the safe delivery of our products whilst in transportation to your chosen address. Delivery of goods can take approx. 3-5 working days from time of original order and SCS logistics will contact you to arrange a suitable date for your pallet delivery to take place.
Please note that our usual Collection and Recycling services are not available for pallet deliveries.

Pallet Delivery access:
Please be aware that all pallet deliveries are a kerbside drop service. All pallet deliveries are made using a pump truck. The pump truck can only be used on level flat, hard ground. We cannot deliver over soft ground, grass, gravel, soil, cobbles etc. We cannot deliver over kerbs on the roadside or on your property. Delivery vehicles cannot unload on steep gradients or hills as this is not safe for drivers using the taillift and pump truck. The delivery drivers are not obliged to unpack the product or inspect the product on the customers behalf. Delivery drivers are not obliged to remove the product from the pallet or manoeuvre the item into your property. Drivers will not remove or take away the pallet. The delivery driver will be able to wheel the pallet with a pallet truck as far as possible. Please inform the pallet delivery company prior to your delivery of any parking restrictions, narrow roads, heights, weight, pedestrian crossings or anything that may cause the delivery to fail due to these restrictions as this may incur additional failed delivery costs of £99.99 per pallet load.
On arrival to your property, you will be given a maximum of 15 Minutes to unpack your item and fully inspect the item to check for damage if you require. We strongly recommend all customers to unpack and check the products before signing for your item. The driver will take a picture of the delivered item(s) as proof of delivery.
You will have 24 Hours to report any damage to us after the time you have signed for your product. We do not take responsibility for damage you may have caused to your product whilst moving the product into your own premises. Photographic evidence must be provided by email to show any damage found to items within the 24 hour timeframe.
Please ensure a responsible adult of 18 or above is at the property to receive the item(s) on the day of the delivery. If no one is present to sign on the day of your chosen delivery, you will incur additional failed delivery charges of £99.99 per pallet load. All pallet deliveries will usually take place between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday weekdays.
Deliveries will only be made to the address on the driver’s paperwork. Under no circumstances can we deliver to an alternative address other than the delivery paperwork. If you request this, the item will be returned to the retailer. A refusal charge of £99.99 will then be applicable per pallet load.
Drivers are not able to take away packaging of any kind. Pallet deliveries do not offer a collection of recycling service. If you have purchased a product using our pallet delivery service, you are entitled to return your old appliance to our store at your own transportation cost.
Pallet Delivery returns/collections:
In the unfortunate event that we may need to collect a damaged or faulty product from your premises, you will be required to have the product ready for collection on a suitable pallet outside of your premises. The product must be safely positioned on the pallet and not overhanging the pallet on only 1 side by any more than 20cm. The product must be accessible for the use of a pump truck.
Our Delivery partners are not able to use a pump truck over soft ground, grass, gravel, soil, cobbles etc. We cannot use over kerbs on the roadside or on your property. If the item is not accessible, you may incur failed collection charges of £99.99. Collections will only be made from the original delivery address. A responsible adult of 18 or above must be present to sign for the collection of the product on the day of the arranged collection between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
We aim to deliver all palletised goods within 3-5 working days of your order. We do not offer weekend deliveries.
On acceptance of your order, we will send all delivery information including your full delivery address, postcode and telephone contact to our delivery partners. You will receive a call from the pallet delivery company to agree a suitable day for your delivery.
