You may find however that a competitor is offering the same product at a different price. We'd like the opportunity to be able to match the price, so please get in touch with us and let us know. We'd like to offer the same appliance at the same price, whilst allowing you to take advantage of our great customer service and friendly and helpful delivery service.

Price matching at Appliance Shop is easy. On each product page you'll find a 'Request Price Match' button, simply complete the pop-out form and we'll be in touch, its that easy!

Please make sure you send us the URL of the product on our competitor's website so we can get all the details we need to price match for you.

Whilst we'll be delighted to try and price match for you, you should consider the following points:

• We match against the total cost of our competitor’s item and any delivery costs. We offer free delivery in many cases so please bear this in mind before contacting us.
• We only price match against suppliers in the UK.
• Make sure that the product model number is the same, manufacturers often use a single character change for different appliances.
• The appliance shold be available to order and pay for on the same day. We can't price match against pre-orders.
• The value of free gifts that are included with the purchase will also contribute to the total cost of the item.
